Lot 6325: 3 x maps of India Joshua Archer 1840
The wood engraved maps are entitled Assam, India (Northern Part) and India (Southern Part). Drawn & engraved by Joshua Archer and published for the proprietor by Grattan & Gilbert, 51 Paternoster Row, London. The map are from Gilberts Modern Atlas of the Earth by Robert Mudie, c1840 and shows all of the provinces outlined with original hand colouring. Sheet Measures: 10.25in x 12.75 Engraved Area Measures 9in x 11in.
Condition: The maps are in excellent condition but please inspect the images carefully
