The engravings were either by Jacobus Houbraken and George Vertue after Holbein,Kneller, Van Dyck et al. These copper-engraved plates are by Houbraken and are accompanied by a short history and biography of the figure.
This lot comprises engravings of General John Lambert , Sir William Temple and Charles Lord Talbot.
