This wood engraved map is entitled India (Southern Part). Drawn & engraved by Joshua Archer and published by the proprietor James Gilbert, 49 Paternoster Row, London.

The map is from Gilbert?s Modern Atlas of the Earth by Robert Mudie, c1840 and shows all of the provinces outlined with original hand colouring.

Sheet Measures: 10.25in x 12.75 Engraved Area Measures 9in x 11in.

Condition: The print is in excellent condition but please inspect the image carefully as it is very accurate.
