These two lithographs of the Tomb of the Emperor Ludovic, Munich and the Shrine of the Three Kings in the Cathedral, Cologne are from Sketches in Belgium and Germany with drawings by Louis Haghe. Published by Henry Graves & Co., London and printed by Day and Haghe 1840.

The most famous early Victorian firm of lithographic printing was created by William Day (1797-1845) and Louis Haghe (1806-1895) in London in 1829. Day and Haghe were appointed Lithographers to the Queen.
